Julie is a wonderful resource and I've referred her several clients since we first met. Quite frankly, as a website host I see lots of end users with problem computers. Most of the support questions we get are not problems on our server, but are problems with the client's computer system. Software updates, routers, new computers, viruses and spyware are real problems that cut into user productivity and can bring down a whole network. Julie, has helped us trace back complex email issues, and server connection problems to client computers and then fixed those problems.
