Word Traffic Books is an independent book store in Tallahassee, FL, locally owned & owner-operated.
We are located at 1227 E. Lafayette Street, behind New Leaf & Cabo's, and between Lindy's Chicken & Wooly Bully.
We carry used & new books. One of our goals is to support & promote independent publishers who often have trouble getting their books & other publications placed in large, corporate chains. We have stuff you won't find anywhere else in town, but we also have titles you'll find on the bestseller lists, as well as other mainstream titles & topics. We also do our best to represent the myriad local authors Tallahassee has to offer. Our children's book section strives to be unique and family friendly.
We are happy to place any special order you might have. We can get the same stuff any chain bookstore can (& more) so don't hesitate to place your special orders with us. We'll do it with a smile.
